Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups cashews.
  • 16 medjool dates (pitted).
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar.
  • 1 tbsp maca powder.
  • pinch of cinnamon.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 2 tbsp tahini.
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter.

Preparation

  1. Blitz the cashews to a ground crumb consistency in your food processor. Add the dates, salt, coconut sugar and maca powder and continue to blend for another minute or until the dates have broken down into a crumb texture also. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until everything begins to stick together to from a dough

  2. Roll the dough into balls and coat them according to your taste. I used vegan milk chocolate, vegan strawberry chocolate, dried cranberry powder, dried pitaya powder and raw cacao powder
