Simple Vegan Savory Pancake with Chilli Topping

Ingredients

  • 75g gram flour
  • 100ml water
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped chilli with seeds
  • handful of fresh chives
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • leftover chilli mix
  • Greek-style soya yoghurt
  • grated vegan cheddar

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the gram flour, water, chopped garlic, chopped chilli with seeds, fresh chives, and salt and pepper to make the batter.

  2. Heat a little olive oil in a small frying pan and fry the batter for a couple of minutes on each side to cook the pancake.

  3. Microwave the leftover chilli mix to warm it up.

  4. Top the cooked pancake with the warmed chilli mix, Greek-style soya yoghurt, and grated vegan cheddar for serving.
