Simple Vegan Savory Pancake with Chilli Topping
Ingredients
- 75g gram flour
- 100ml water
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped chilli with seeds
- handful of fresh chives
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- leftover chilli mix
- Greek-style soya yoghurt
- grated vegan cheddar
Preparation
Whisk together the gram flour, water, chopped garlic, chopped chilli with seeds, fresh chives, and salt and pepper to make the batter.
Heat a little olive oil in a small frying pan and fry the batter for a couple of minutes on each side to cook the pancake.
Microwave the leftover chilli mix to warm it up.
Top the cooked pancake with the warmed chilli mix, Greek-style soya yoghurt, and grated vegan cheddar for serving.
