Telangana Special Makka Garelu

Ingredients

  • 2-3 local variety of corn
  • 10 garlic pods
  • Few green chillies
  • cumin seeds
  • corrinder seeds
  • salt and mix well
  • 2-3 tbs of water

Preparation

  1. Step 1:- Take 2-3 local variety of corn and peel of the skin and seprate the corn kernels

  2. Step 2:- To corn kernels add in 10 garlic pods, Few green chillies, cumin seeds, corrinder seeds,salt and mix well

  3. Step 3:- Blend Into smooth paste without adding any water.. If it's totally not grinding then add a 2-3 tbs of water and make a thick batter

  4. Step 4:- Shape into vadas and drop in hot oil
