Telangana Special Makka Garelu

Ingredients

  • 2-3 local variety of corn
  • 10 garlic pods
  • Few green chillies
  • cumin seeds
  • corrinder seeds
  • salt and mix well
  • 2-3 tbs of water

Preparation

  1. Take 2-3 local variety of corn and peel of the skin and seprate the corn kernels

  2. To corn kernels add in 10 garlic pods, Few green chillies, cumin seeds, corrinder seeds,salt and mix well

  3. Blend Into smooth paste without adding any water.. If it's totally not grinding then add a 2-3 tbs of water and make a thick batter

  4. Shape into vadas and drop in hot oil
