Thick and Doughy Sourdough French Toast
Ingredients
- one thick piece of sourdough bread
- milk of choice
- 1 egg
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon
Toppings
- siggis dairy 2% yogurt
- almond butter
- fruit
- pecans
- maple syrup
Preparation
In a shallow bowl, mix milk of choice, 1 egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Soak the sourdough bread in the mixture.
Pan-sear both sides over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
Top with siggis dairy 2% yogurt, almond butter, fruit, pecans, and maple syrup.
