Tomato Sesame Garlic Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes large diced
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 6 or to your taste fresh red chillies or chilli padi
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp

Preparation

  1. Heat a small pan and add all the ingredients except tamarind

  2. Cook for 7-8 minutes

  3. Let the mixture come to room temperature, add in the tamarind

  4. Using mortar pestle make a coarse chutney
