Ultimate Tofu Scramble for a Cholesterol-Free Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 block of firm tofu
- 1 block of silken tofu
- 1/4 tsp of kala namak/black salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp oat milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Crumble the firm tofu into a pan.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Warm on medium heat, stirring until combined and has the desired texture.
Add a little more milk if needed.
Serve on rye bread for the ultimate Scandi breakfast.
