Ultimate Tofu Scramble for a Cholesterol-Free Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block of firm tofu
  • 1 block of silken tofu
  • 1/4 tsp of kala namak/black salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Crumble the firm tofu into a pan.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients.

  3. Warm on medium heat, stirring until combined and has the desired texture.

  4. Add a little more milk if needed.

  5. Serve on rye bread for the ultimate Scandi breakfast.
