Vegan Cheesy Spread Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 ounces chickpeas, peeled
- 1/4 cup chickpea @misomaster
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vegan worcestershire
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot, boiled
- 1 tbl avocado oil
- 1 tbl nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Preparation
Peel the chickpeas to ensure a more smooth texture

Boil the chopped carrot until soft
Drain, rinse to cool, and process with all of the ingredients until smooth using a high speed blender or food processor
Avoid adding water because you want this to be thick
Just keep scraping the sides in
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for even better flavor
