Vegan Cheesy Chickpea Spread
Ingredients
- 15 ounces chickpeas, peeled
- 1/4 cup chickpea miso
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Preparation
Peel the chickpeas to ensure a more smooth texture.
Boil the chopped carrot until soft.
Drain and rinse the carrot to cool it.
Process all of the ingredients together until smooth using a high-speed blender or food processor.
Avoid adding water to keep it thick and scrape the sides as needed.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for even better flavor.
