Warm Crispy Tartelletes

Ingredients

  • 4 puff pastry tartelletes⁣
  • 1 lemon⁣
  • 1 carrot⁣
  • 1 parsnip⁣
  • 100g leek⁣
  • 1 onion⁣
  • 5 king oyster mushrooms⁣
  • 5 mushrooms⁣
  • 1tb oil⁣
  • salt, pepper⁣
  • 4tb soy sauce⁣

Preparation

  1. Chop carrot and parsnip⁣

  2. Mix ingredients for the sauce besides the cream in a pot and get to boil⁣

  3. Chop the leek⁣

  4. Add to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes⁣

  5. Add carrot and pasnip⁣

  6. Simmer for about 30 minutes⁣

  7. Add salt, pepper and the oat cream⁣

  8. Chop the onion and mushrooms⁣

  9. Heat up oil in a pan and glaze the onion⁣

  10. Add the mushrooms and roast them golden⁣

  11. Deglaze with soy sauce⁣

  12. Heat up puff pastry tartelletes (150degrees)⁣

  13. Take out cloves and laurel out of the sauce⁣

  14. For the sauce: 100ml white wine⁣, 150ml vegetable broth, ⁣1 laurel, ⁣4 cloves, ⁣100ml oat cream⁣, 1ts mustard⁣

  15. Mix the sauce with the mushrooms⁣

  16. Add the mix into your tartelletes⁣

  17. Add lemon to the side and on top⁣
