Warm Crispy Tartelletes
Ingredients
- 4 puff pastry tartelletes
- 1 lemon
- 1 carrot
- 1 parsnip
- 100g leek
- 1 onion
- 5 king oyster mushrooms
- 5 mushrooms
- 1tb oil
- salt, pepper
- 4tb soy sauce
Preparation
Chop carrot and parsnip
Mix ingredients for the sauce besides the cream in a pot and get to boil
Chop the leek
Add to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes
Add carrot and pasnip
Simmer for about 30 minutes
Add salt, pepper and the oat cream
Chop the onion and mushrooms
Heat up oil in a pan and glaze the onion
Add the mushrooms and roast them golden
Deglaze with soy sauce
Heat up puff pastry tartelletes (150degrees)
Take out cloves and laurel out of the sauce
For the sauce: 100ml white wine, 150ml vegetable broth, 1 laurel, 4 cloves, 100ml oat cream, 1ts mustard
Mix the sauce with the mushrooms
Add the mix into your tartelletes
Add lemon to the side and on top
