Vegan Philly Cheesesteak Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/4 can of lentils
  • 1/2 onion
  • red capsicum
  • brown sugar
  • soy sauce
  • paprika
  • apple cider vinegar
  • garlic powder
  • vegan cheese/ home made cashew cheese sauce

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine some soy sauce, -a dash of apple cider vinegar, brown sugar (or any other sweetener), paprika and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside

  2. Fry onion with some salt and brown sugar. Cook until nice and collapsed

  3. Add seitan and fry for a few extra minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture and let it simmer for 5ish minutes

  4. Add lentils and red capsicum. Cook until capsicum in tender but still has some crunch

  5. Spoon mixture into a wrap with some vegan cheese. Pop wrap in airfryer for 20 minutes (or bake) top with spinach, coriander , diced tomatoes and vegan mayo
