  • 1⃣ Chop bok choy into small pieces (I used baby bok choy here)
  • 2⃣ Heat 1tbsp coconut oil in a skillet
  • 3⃣ Add bok choy and cook 2-3 minutes until wilted
  • 4⃣ Add 1 garlic clove (minced) and 1 tsp grated fresh ginger and sautée for a minute longer
