Sautéed Bok Choy with Garlic and Ginger
Ingredients
- bok choy
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Preparation
Chop bok choy into small pieces (baby bok choy recommended).
Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a skillet.
Add bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Add minced garlic clove and 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, and sauté for a minute longer. Feel free to adjust garlic and ginger to taste.
