Sautéed Bok Choy with Garlic and Ginger

Ingredients

  • bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Preparation

  1. Chop bok choy into small pieces (baby bok choy recommended).

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a skillet.

  3. Add bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  4. Add minced garlic clove and 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, and sauté for a minute longer. Feel free to adjust garlic and ginger to taste.
