Avocado Toast with Cannellini Bean

Preparation
To make beans from dried beans, allow them to soak covered in water for at least 4 hours. I’ll usually soak mine before I go to bed or right in the morning so they can soak throughout the day until I’m ready to cook them.
Drain and rinse the beans after soaking. Transfer to a large soup pot, cover ~1 inch above the beans with water. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer until the beans are soft, about 1 hour.
You can choose to leave the water unsalted/salted. Boil with bay leaves, lemon, and garlic for a savory bean/liquid. The way you seasoning is up to you ? hope this helps you conquer making homemade beans.
