Loaded Vegan Nachos

Ingredients

  • vegan @parmelacreamery moz
  • tortilla chips
  • fresh tomatoes
  • avocado
  • fresh kale
  • 1/2 block firm tofu
  • evoo
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • evoo
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • chili powder

Preparation

  1. Crumble tofu and add spices

  2. Mix in bowl then add to frying pan and fry the crumble up

  3. Rinse and drain beans, add to pan with red onion

  4. On low heat let onions soften and beans crisp

  5. Place chips in baking dish, add vegan moz, tofu crumble, beans, tomato, kale and more cheese!

  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 400f

  7. Smash avocado with lemon and salt

  8. Place on top of the nachos once it’s out of the oven and add more fresh kale

  9. Hot sauce if u like
