Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 cup ice
- 2 T walnuts
- 2 T rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla @kachavatribe
- dash of cinnamon
- cashew milk to blend
Toppings
- apple
- yogurt
- pb
- hemp seeds
- pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Blend the banana, apple, ice, walnuts, oats, vanilla powder, cinnamon, and cashew milk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings: apple, yogurt, peanut butter, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
