Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 T walnuts
  • 2 T rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla @kachavatribe
  • dash of cinnamon
  • cashew milk to blend

Toppings

  • apple
  • yogurt
  • pb
  • hemp seeds
  • pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana, apple, ice, walnuts, oats, vanilla powder, cinnamon, and cashew milk until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add the toppings: apple, yogurt, peanut butter, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
