Carrot & Walnut Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (or @oatpantry carrot cake oats)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein (i use @reflexnutrition )
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 apple, baked in cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tbsp @lotusbiscoffuk spread

Preparation

  1. Cook on a low heat on the stove for best results
