Carrot & Walnut Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (or @oatpantry carrot cake oats)
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein (i use @reflexnutrition )
- 1 cup water
- 1 apple, baked in cinnamon sugar
- 1 tbsp @lotusbiscoffuk spread
