Creamy Cinnamon Vanilla Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • about 1 cup jumbo oats
  • cashew milk
  • tahini
  • cinnamon
  • ground flaxseed
  • 1 spoonful yogurt
  • vanilla
  • maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon red miso
  • plain yogurt
  • runny tahini
  • fresh berries
  • coconut yogurt
  • cacao nibs
  • dried fig

Preparation

  1. Soak and cook about 1 cup of jumbo oats in cashew milk with tahini, cinnamon, and ground flaxseed until thick and rich.

  2. Mix in a spoonful of yogurt and vanilla.

  3. For the salted caramel tahini cream, mix 1 spoon of maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of red miso, two heaped spoons of plain yogurt, and a big spoon of runny tahini until well combined.

  4. Top the oatmeal with fresh berries, coconut yogurt, cacao nibs, dried fig, and the salted caramel tahini cream.
