Frozen Berries Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Almond milk
  • 40 g Oatmeal
  • 40 g Frozen berries
  • Handful of pumpkin seeds
  • Handful of goji berry
  • Handful of almond nuts
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Acai berry powder
  • 1 tsp Peanut butter (unsweetened)

Preparation

  1. Mix and blend all the ingredients well

  2. Put the smoothie in the fridge overnight

Tips

  1. You can add some extra berries or nuts right before consuming
