- a large spoonful of vegan buttery flora
- 400g of cannelini beans
- 1 grated courgette and couscous
- 2 chia eggs
- 250g of blanched spinach
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 3 crushed cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
