Mexican Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 120 grams of vegetarian minced beef
  • 100 grams of lettuce
  • 85 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • a few slices of cucumber
  • 10 grams of 30+ cheese
  • seasonings of choice: i used smoked paprika and salt
  • 384 kcal
  • 35.2 grams of protein
  • 44.1 grams of carbs
  • 6.9 grams of fat

Preparation

  1. Spray tortilla with cooking spray, season with smoked paprika and salt - 180 degrees - 12 minutes on 1 side, then flip and place back for 5 more minutes)

  2. Bake the vega minced beef with the corn, cubed tomatoes and taco seasonings

  3. Serve all of it in a bowl and drizzle some chilisauce and cheese on top
