Mexican Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 120 grams of vegetarian minced beef
- 100 grams of lettuce
- 85 grams of cherry tomatoes
- a few slices of cucumber
- 10 grams of 30+ cheese
- seasonings of choice: i used smoked paprika and salt
- 384 kcal
- 35.2 grams of protein
- 44.1 grams of carbs
- 6.9 grams of fat
Preparation
Spray tortilla with cooking spray, season with smoked paprika and salt - 180 degrees - 12 minutes on 1 side, then flip and place back for 5 more minutes)
Bake the vega minced beef with the corn, cubed tomatoes and taco seasonings
Serve all of it in a bowl and drizzle some chilisauce and cheese on top
