Mini "Meat"loaf Cups
Ingredients
- flexiblefoodsau plant-based patties mix
- 1 tblsp tamari
- bbq sauce:
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 - 2 tblsp tamari
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- pepper
Preparation
Mix the @flexiblefoodsau plant-based patties with 125ml of boiling water and the tamari. Allow to sit for 5 minutes
Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the BBQ sauce together
Press the patty mix into 6 greased muffin holes, or silicone muffin casings. Spread the tops of each with some sauce
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in a preheated 175°C oven. Allow to cool, and serve with roast veggies + greens, and extra sauce
