Mini "Meat"loaf Cups

Ingredients

  • flexiblefoodsau plant-based patties mix
  • 1 tblsp tamari
  • bbq sauce:
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 - 2 tblsp tamari
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the @flexiblefoodsau plant-based patties with 125ml of boiling water and the tamari. Allow to sit for 5 minutes

  2. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the BBQ sauce together

  3. Press the patty mix into 6 greased muffin holes, or silicone muffin casings. Spread the tops of each with some sauce

  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in a preheated 175°C oven. Allow to cool, and serve with roast veggies + greens, and extra sauce
