Nutritious Banana Mango Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • a handful of spinach and / or kale
  • 1 teaspoon chlorella
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 scoop of any vegan, vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with 1/3 cup of plant milk until smooth.

  2. Use less milk for a thicker bowl consistency.

  3. Prefer coconut or almond milk for optimal flavor and thickness.
