Nutritious Banana Mango Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- a handful of spinach and / or kale
- 1 teaspoon chlorella
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/2 scoop of any vegan, vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup of plant milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients with 1/3 cup of plant milk until smooth.
Use less milk for a thicker bowl consistency.
Prefer coconut or almond milk for optimal flavor and thickness.
