Raw Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 5 zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tbs of toasted sunflower seeds
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbs of nutritional yeast flakes
  • juice of one small lemon
  • 1/2 tsp of pink himalayan salt
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Use 3 of the zucchinis to make zoodles using a spiralizer

  2. Put the other two zucchinis into a blender or food processor along with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

  3. Pour sauce on top of zoodles, mix well, and serve pronto to avoid water separation

  4. Garnish with veggies of choic

  5. For ours we used fresh grape tomatoes and raw broccoli, finished with some nutritional yeast flakes???? #threebunnies
