Refreshing Açaí Bowl with Berries and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen açaí pulp
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberry
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Some soy mylk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender

  2. Add more liquid if necessary

  3. Serve in a bowl

  4. Put your favorite toppings on top

  5. Enjoy with a hot cup of tea
