Rolled Oats

Ingredients

  • 2:1 ratio liquid to buckwheat groats
  • Rinse groats
  • 1 cup mylk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup groats
  • Bring to boil, cover & simmer 10min Leave covered, turn off heat, let steam covered 10min
  • Fluff with fork & serve with your favourite toppings

Preparation

  1. Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days! When you want to reheat, add a little bit of mylk and heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through

  2. You could also toss it in the microwave
