Rolled Oats
Ingredients
- 2:1 ratio liquid to buckwheat groats
- Rinse groats
- 1 cup mylk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup groats
- Bring to boil, cover & simmer 10min Leave covered, turn off heat, let steam covered 10min
- Fluff with fork & serve with your favourite toppings
Preparation
Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days! When you want to reheat, add a little bit of mylk and heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through
You could also toss it in the microwave
