Ingredients

  • 1 cup mylk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats

Preparation

  1. Rinse the buckwheat groats

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes

  3. Leave covered, turn off heat, and let steam for 10 minutes

  4. Fluff with a fork and serve with your favorite toppings

Storage tips

  1. Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days

  2. When reheating, add a little mylk and heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through
