Ingredients
- 1 cup mylk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
Preparation
Rinse the buckwheat groats
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes
Leave covered, turn off heat, and let steam for 10 minutes
Fluff with a fork and serve with your favorite toppings
Storage tips
Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
When reheating, add a little mylk and heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through
