Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp plain greek yoghurt
  • ice, for thickening
  • toppings:
  • peanut butter @elisgranola • raw & wild turmeric & ginger pili nuts
  • fresh fruit
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth

  2. Add all your fun toppings and enjoy
