Super Yummy Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small beet, roasted peeled or boiled & cut
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas or canned
  • 1/4-1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp sunflowers seeds
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients together into bowl & drizzle with everything together & enjoy
