Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- some cinnamon
Toppings
- fresh mango
- shredded coconut
- frozen raspberries
- cacao nibs
- quinoa puffs
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Allow the mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate overnight for optimal texture
Add the toppings and serve immediately
