Ingredients

  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • fresh mango
  • shredded coconut
  • frozen raspberries
  • cacao nibs
  • quinoa puffs
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. Allow the mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate overnight for optimal texture

  3. Add the toppings and serve immediately
