Twilight Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups of non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup of gronola
Preparation
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours )
Remove bowl from fridge
Scoop pudding into dish of choice followed by gronola
In a pestle and mortar gently press berries until they for into a jelly
Top onto gronola
Finish with another layer of gronola and fresh berries and enjoy ???? #threebunnies
