Twilight Chia Pudding


  • 2 cups of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of gronola


  1. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours )

  2. Remove bowl from fridge

  3. Scoop pudding into dish of choice followed by gronola

  4. In a pestle and mortar gently press berries until they for into a jelly

  5. Top onto gronola

  6. Finish with another layer of gronola and fresh berries and enjoy ???? #threebunnies
