Vegan Chicken-Less Seasoning Salt

Ingredients

  • 3 lb russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vegan chicken-less seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Add potatoes to a large pot of boiling water

  2. Cover and reduce heat

  3. Simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are soft

  4. Drain potatoes and place them in a large bowl

  5. Add butter, cream cheese, heavy cream and seasonings

  6. Use a masher or a mixer until blended
