Vegan Mini Meatloaf Cups

Ingredients

  • Flexible Foods AU Plant-Based Patties Mix
  • 1 tablespoon tamari

Bbq sauce

  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the Flexible Foods AU plant-based patties with 125 ml of boiling water and the tamari. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the BBQ sauce together.

  3. Press the patty mix into 6 greased muffin holes or silicone muffin casings. Spread the tops of each with some sauce.

  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 175°C oven. Allow to cool, and serve with roast veggies and greens, and extra sauce.
