Veggie Broth for Gut and Candida Cleanse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 cups organic kale
  • 4-5 stalks organic celery chopped
  • Pink sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste
  • 2 quarts filtered water

Preparation

  1. Make the broth in a slow cooker for 3-4 hours or cook on the stove in a large pot for 1 hour.

  2. Drain the vegetables from the broth and discard or save them.

  3. Keep in mind that most of the vegetables’ nutrients may be lost in the process.
