Veggie Broth for Gut and Candida Cleanse
Ingredients
- 1/2 white onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 cups organic kale
- 4-5 stalks organic celery chopped
- Pink sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 quarts filtered water
Preparation
Make the broth in a slow cooker for 3-4 hours or cook on the stove in a large pot for 1 hour.
Drain the vegetables from the broth and discard or save them.
Keep in mind that most of the vegetables’ nutrients may be lost in the process.
