Veggie Broth for Gut / Candida Cleanse
Ingredients
- 1/2 white onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 cups organic kale
- 4-5 stalks organic celery, chopped
- Pink sea salt & cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 quarts filtered water
Preparation
I made my broth in my slow cooker for 3-4 hours, you can also cook over the stove in a large pot for 1 hour. Drain the veggies from the broth, you can discard or save the veggies (Keep in mind most of the vegetables’ nutrients will be lost at that point)
Other items: steamed cauliflower, broccoli, & squash. Raw leafy greens, zucchini noodles, veggies from the broth, avocado and @silverfernbrand digestive enzyme that honestly have been life changing during this journey
