Healthy Carrot Date Loaf with Fall Spices
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup regular flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp fall spices
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 egg or chia egg
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- 6 big dates
- 1 carrot
Preparation
In a food processor, mix dates and carrot until finely chopped.
Add all other ingredients and blend until evenly mixed.
Bake at 350F or 190C for 25 minutes.
Use whatever kind of fall spice you’d like; for example, speculoos powder.
