Chunky Monkey Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 1 140ml tin Ayam Australia Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Sugar (half sweetener, half coconut sugar)
- 1 1/3 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (Macro Mike)
- 1 tbs Cornflour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170°C
Blend the bananas, coconut milk, coconut oil and sugar until smooth
Stir in remaining ingredients until combined
Pour into a lined loaf tin and add on any additional toppings
Bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or in the fridge for 5-7 days
