Crispy Pan-Cooked Chinese Sesame Bread
Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 package dried yeast
- 280ml lukewarm water
Preparation
Let the dough rise twice.
Pan fry with about 1 tablespoon oil.
Remember to keep the lid on the pan while cooking.
Cook for 15 minutes on each side on low heat.
