Crispy Pan-Cooked Chinese Sesame Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 package dried yeast
  • 280ml lukewarm water

Preparation

  1. Let the dough rise twice.

  2. Pan fry with about 1 tablespoon oil.

  3. Remember to keep the lid on the pan while cooking.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes on each side on low heat.
