Delicious Red Velvet Bread for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup date sugar (could use another kind)
- 1 cooked beet
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup oat flour
Preparation
Combine 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 cup date sugar, 1 cooked beet, and 3/4 cup applesauce in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup oat flour.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
