Delicious Red Velvet Bread for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup date sugar (could use another kind)
  • 1 cooked beet
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup oat flour

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 cup date sugar, 1 cooked beet, and 3/4 cup applesauce in a food processor.

  2. Process until smooth.

  3. Stir in 1/2 cup oat flour.

  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
