Red Velvet Bread
Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup date sugar (could use another kind), 1 cooked beet, and 3/4 cup
- 1/2 cup oat flour
Preparation
Combine 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 tbsp maple syrup
Cup date sugar (could use another kind), 1 cooked beet, and 3/4 cup applesauce in a food processor. Process until smooth, then stir in 1/2 cup oat flour. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350F for 25 minutes
