Red Velvet Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup date sugar (could use another kind), 1 cooked beet, and 3/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup oat flour

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 2 tbsp maple syrup

  2. Cup date sugar (could use another kind), 1 cooked beet, and 3/4 cup applesauce in a food processor. Process until smooth, then stir in 1/2 cup oat flour. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350F for 25 minutes
