Vegan French Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Splash of vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
- Maple syrup to taste
Preparation
Mash these together with a fork and dip two slices of bread (I used @daveskillerbread ) into the mixture
Spray/grease a pan and cook on the stove around 3-4 minutes per side! This is much more flavorful than your typical non-vegan French toast in my opinion
