Vegan French Toast with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Two slices of bread

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup together with a fork.

  2. Dip two slices of bread into the mixture.

  3. Spray or grease a pan.

  4. Cook on the stove for 3-4 minutes per side.

Tips

  1. This is much more flavorful than your typical non-vegan French toast.
