Vegan French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Maple syrup to taste

Preparation

  1. Mash these together with a fork and dip two slices of bread (I used @daveskillerbread ) into the mixture

  2. Spray/grease a pan and cook on the stove around 3-4 minutes per side! This is much more flavorful than your typical non-vegan French toast in my opinion
