Vegan French Toast with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Splash of vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
- Maple syrup to taste
- Two slices of bread
Preparation
Mash the banana, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup together with a fork.
Dip two slices of bread into the mixture.
Spray or grease a pan.
Cook on the stove for 3-4 minutes per side.
Tips
This is much more flavorful than your typical non-vegan French toast.
