Vegan Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 00g all purpose flour / 200g mylk / 9g yeast / 25g sugar / 4g salt / 40g olive oil ⁣
  • 2 yellow onions / 2 tbsp sugar / 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar / salt⁣
  • 220g tomato sauce / 1 handful of baby spinach / 80g vegan blue cheese (optional) / caramelized onions ⁣

Preparation

  1. N a small bowl mix the tepid mylk, sugar and yeast together, let rest. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead. When the ball is smooth, pour the olive oil and continue kneading for 10 minutes. Let the ball rise (1h30) in the ball covered with a wet towel. ⁣

  2. In a pan, add the finely slice onions with 1 tbsp of oil and a pinch of salt. Cook on medium heat until translucent. Then Add the sugar and balsamic vinegar. Cook for 10 more minutes until soft and caramelized. ⁣

  3. Once the dough has rested, roll it into a large rectangle (1cm thick). Spread the tomato sauce and your fillings. Roll like cinnamon rolls & cut 8 rolls. Put the rolls in a baking pan and let rest 30mn. Brush some mylk over and bake into your preheated oven to 180C during 20-30minutes. ⁣
