Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 tin black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp harissa spice
  • 2 tsp hot salsa
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup oats

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mash together or pop in a food processor and process until the mixture comes together

  2. Take spoonfuls if the mixture and form patties

  3. Pop in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes flip half way
