Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 tin black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp harissa spice
- 2 tsp hot salsa
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup oats
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mash together or pop in a food processor and process until the mixture comes together
Take spoonfuls if the mixture and form patties
Pop in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes flip half way
