Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 @eatjust egg patties
  • 2 @beyondmeat meat patties
  • 4 tbsp red sauerkraut
  • 4 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the beyond meat patties according to the package instructions.

  2. Toast the egg patties in a toaster.

  3. Assemble the burger buns with the beyond meat patties, egg patties, sliced avocado, and red sauerkraut.

  4. Drizzle with sriracha mayo.

  5. Season the burger with salt and pepper to taste.
