Chocolate & Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 170g oats
  • 20g shredded coconut
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 30g cacao butter
  • 30g honey
  • 80g honey
  • 1 can coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats, shredded coconut, and cacao powder together.

  2. Melt the cacao butter in the microwave and add it, along with the honey, to the blended ingredients.

  3. Mix everything well and transfer the mixture into a cake form or ring. Press it down with your hands to form a crust. You can place some foil underneath to prevent sticking.

  4. For the filling, blend the coconut milk with honey or your preferred sweetener.

  5. Pour the filling over the crust and decorate as desired. You can top it with milk chocolate probiotic pearls or chopped dark chocolate.

  6. Allow the cake to cool for a bit before enjoying.
