Fudgey Banana Bread Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp tahini (or any nut butter)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • fudge layer:
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup raw cacao power
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a medium bowl, add mashed banana and tahini and mix until creamy

  3. Add the oat flour and baking powder and stir until well combined

  4. Pour this banana bread layer into a 7x5 glass dish or bread pan

  5. Next make the fudgey layer by combining all ingredients

  6. The dough will be thick and sticky

  7. Using a spatula, carefully spread the fudge over the banana bread layer

  8. Top with chocolate chips

  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes!
