Fudgey Banana Bread Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp tahini (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- fudge layer:
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2/3 cup raw cacao power
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium bowl, add mashed banana and tahini and mix until creamy
Add the oat flour and baking powder and stir until well combined
Pour this banana bread layer into a 7x5 glass dish or bread pan
Next make the fudgey layer by combining all ingredients
The dough will be thick and sticky
Using a spatula, carefully spread the fudge over the banana bread layer
Top with chocolate chips
Bake for 15-18 minutes!
