No-Bake Peanut Butter Acai Cheesecakes
Ingredients
Brownie base
- 1/2 cup Dates (soaked in hot water)
- 3 tbs Cacao Powder
- 3 tbs @macr0mike Choc PB Protein
- 3 tbs LSA Mix
Cheesecakes
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Cashews (soaked in hot water)
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 2 tbs @macr0mike PB+
- 1 tbs @being_co Acai Powder
Preparation
Mix ingredients for the brownie base in a blender until a thick dough is formed.
Press brownie mix into molds or a lined tin and put in the freezer to set.
Blend coconut cream, cashews, coconut oil and maple syrup in a high speed blender until completely smooth, then separate into two bowls.
In one bowl stir through the PB+ and pour over brownie base, then put back in the freezer.
In the other bowl stir through the Acai Powder and pour over set PB layer.
Leave in the freezer to fully set and then move to the fridge to soften before eating.
