Syns Friendly Chocolate Tart Delight

Ingredients

  • 40g Grapenuts UK
  • 1 tablespoon Nkdliving erythritol gold
  • 2 teaspoons Morrisons cocoa powder
  • 2.5 tablespoons hot water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nescafe Azera decaf americano
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons Nkdliving erythritol gold
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 teaspoons Morrisons cocoa powder
  • 14g Callebaut chocolate dark couverture chocolate
  • 7g Callebaut chocolate white couverture chocolate
  • 7g Callebaut chocolate dark couverture chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all base ingredients together and press into a sprayed 12 cm flan tin using a wet spoon. Bake at 180°C for 6 minutes to remove moisture.

  2. For the filling, combine 3 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons erythritol gold, 100ml milk, 1 tablespoon cornflour, and 2 teaspoons cocoa powder. Cover with clingfilm and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway. Add 14g dark couverture chocolate, then pour into the case, smooth over, cover with clingfilm, and refrigerate.

  3. For the topping, loosely mix 7g white couverture chocolate and 7g dark couverture chocolate and make into chocolate flakes.

Notes

  1. Total syns for the tart is 10.5.

  2. This tart is ideal for World Chocolate Day celebrations.
