Rolo Tart for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 40g @post_grapenuts (b)
  • 2 tsp @morrisons cocoa powder (1)
  • 1/2 tbsp @nkdliving erythritol gold
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 x egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp erythritol gold (0.5)
  • 1 tbsp @carnation drizzle (2)
  • Milk (part a) topped up to 200 ml
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (1) mixed with a little milk
  • 7g @callebautchocolate dark (2)
  • 14 mini rolls (7)
  • Logo coin (0.5)

Preparation

  1. Blitz @post_grapenuts into fine crumbs.

  2. Add cocoa powder, erythritol gold, and hot water. Mix well.

  3. Press the mixture into a 12 cm loose bottom flan tin.

  4. Bake for 3 minutes at 180°C.

  5. For the filling, mix egg yolks, erythritol gold, @carnation drizzle, and milk (part a) with cornflour mixture.

  6. Microwave covered with cling film for 1 minute. Stir and microwave again.

  7. Add @callebautchocolate dark, stir, and add to the case.

  8. Add 14 mini rolls.

  9. Bake for 6 minutes and allow to fully cool.

  10. Add a logo coin.
