Rolo Tart for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 40g @post_grapenuts (b)
- 2 tsp @morrisons cocoa powder (1)
- 1/2 tbsp @nkdliving erythritol gold
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 x egg yolks
- 1 tbsp erythritol gold (0.5)
- 1 tbsp @carnation drizzle (2)
- Milk (part a) topped up to 200 ml
- 1 tbsp cornflour (1) mixed with a little milk
- 7g @callebautchocolate dark (2)
- 14 mini rolls (7)
- Logo coin (0.5)
Preparation
Blitz @post_grapenuts into fine crumbs.
Add cocoa powder, erythritol gold, and hot water. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a 12 cm loose bottom flan tin.
Bake for 3 minutes at 180°C.
For the filling, mix egg yolks, erythritol gold, @carnation drizzle, and milk (part a) with cornflour mixture.
Microwave covered with cling film for 1 minute. Stir and microwave again.
Add @callebautchocolate dark, stir, and add to the case.
Add 14 mini rolls.
Bake for 6 minutes and allow to fully cool.
Add a logo coin.
