Maid of Honour Tart Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 40g Grapenuts UK
  • 1/2 tablespoon Nkdliving erythritol gold
  • Moroccan almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 4 teaspoons Hartleys raspberry jam
  • 25g Homepride plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Carnation drizzle
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Blitz the Grapenuts into a fine crumb.

  2. Mix the crumb with erythritol gold, Moroccan almond extract, and hot water, then press into a 12 cm tart case.

  3. Add the raspberry jam to the base.

  4. Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, Carnation drizzle, and egg, then pour onto the tart.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  6. Prepare and serve with half a dose of usual custard.
