3-Ingredient Mango Fudge
Ingredients
- 200gms dark chocolate
- 150gms condensed milk
- 25gms dried mango, chopped
Preparation
Pop all the ingredients in a large glass bowl & place over a saucepan of hot water on a medium heat - about 10cm you don’t want your bowl touching the water - your bain marie!
Stir well until all the chocolate has melted. Pour into a square container to set & top with more dried mango if you wish.
Once set, cut into squares & enjoy 😋
