3-Ingredient Mango Fudge

Ingredients

  • 200gms dark chocolate
  • 150gms condensed milk
  • 25gms dried mango, chopped

Preparation

  1. Pop all the ingredients in a large glass bowl & place over a saucepan of hot water on a medium heat - about 10cm you don’t want your bowl touching the water - your bain marie!

  2. Stir well until all the chocolate has melted. Pour into a square container to set & top with more dried mango if you wish.

  3. Once set, cut into squares & enjoy 😋
