Coconut Caramel Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup (220g) dates, pits removed
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 3/4 cup (250g) shredded coconut + more for coating
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp each of beauty blend berrylicious blend from @unicornsuperfoods
Preparation
Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes
Drain the water and add the dates to a high speed food processor
Mix until smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients, pulse until just combined
Roll onto balls and coat in coconut
I mixed 1/3 of the coconut with beauty blend and 1/3 with the berrylicious blend from
Place in the fridge for at leas an hour or until firm, store in an air tight container in the fridge and enjoy!
