Coconut Caramel Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (220g) dates, pits removed
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 3/4 cup (250g) shredded coconut + more for coating
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp each of beauty blend berrylicious blend from @unicornsuperfoods

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes

  2. Drain the water and add the dates to a high speed food processor

  3. Mix until smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients, pulse until just combined

  4. Roll onto balls and coat in coconut

  5. I mixed 1/3 of the coconut with beauty blend and 1/3 with the berrylicious blend from

  6. Place in the fridge for at leas an hour or until firm, store in an air tight container in the fridge and enjoy!
