Gluten-Free Tahini Molasses Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 oz dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Preparation
Mix everything together and let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
Scoop out the batter for 6 cookies, flatten them slightly and sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top if desired for more sesame flavor.
Bake in a 350F oven for 12 minutes; they will be slightly underbaked in the center but this keeps them chewy in the middle.
