My offer to the collab are these little bite sized black sesame/dark chocolate cookies. The inspiration came from the Chinese Tang Yuan (little rice balls filled with black sesame). To make these cookies
roll black sesame onto the cream cheese based hamantaschen dough then cut out 1.5 in disks. Sandwich the filling in between 2 disks
seal the edges
top with a few more black sesame seeds. Back at 350F for 15 mins. Here's the recipe for the filling: 2oz power sugar
