March's Theme Is Chocolate

Ingredients

  • My offer to the collab are these little bite sized black sesame/dark chocolate cookies. The inspiration came from the Chinese Tang Yuan (little rice balls filled with black sesame). To make these cookies
  • roll black sesame onto the cream cheese based hamantaschen dough then cut out 1.5 in disks. Sandwich the filling in between 2 disks
  • seal the edges
  • top with a few more black sesame seeds. Back at 350F for 15 mins. Here's the recipe for the filling: 2oz power sugar
  • 3 oz black sesame powder
  • 2 oz dark chocolate
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp honey
